Registration in ALASH

 

ALASH® is a system developed by Algorithm KZ LLP to support suppliers and operators of the oil and gas sector in the Republic of Kazakhstan to facilitate the selection process of potential suppliers. Having registered with ALASH once, the suppliers have the opportunity to work with all three operators, since the ALASH Questionnaire is standardized and agreed upon by three operators KPO, NCOC, and TCO. After completion of registration in the ALASH system, your data will be verified by our verification team. Further, operators can find your company in the ALASH system with complete and verified information. You can easily update your data in ALASH, in case of a change, such as issuing a new certificate, new shareholder, or address change.

ALASH offers this service free of charge for suppliers who are Kazakhstani companies. Registration of international companies is carried out on the basis of a one-time payment in the amount of $ 500.

Important! You are required to complete the questionnaire within 15 calendar days from the date of registration. During registration you need to attach the following documents:

Constitutive documents:
VAT Payer Registration Certificate 
Certificate on state registration in www.egov.kz
Legal charter (signed and stamped) 
Structure and staffing chart
Consolidated Income statement for the last 3 years

Justification documents:
Contracts, acts of work performed, invoices, purchase orders, letters of recommendation and permits, certificates (ISO, ST-KZ), brochures, price lists, permits, licenses.
